Dear Mr. Ambassador!

International Human Rights Commission takes this opportunity to reiterate the assure you of its highest consideration to the Government of Serbia and to you personally.

We wrote to you earlier about the participation of the citizens of Serbia in armed conflict in Ukraine.

According to our data being prepared for shipment to the Donbass next batch of Serbian citizens for participate in the armed conflict on the side of terrorist organizations "Donetsk People Republic" and the "Lugansk People Republic" and now also on the side of the aggressor Russia, because the fact of the war between Russia and Ukraine confirmed by direct invasion of Russian troops on the territory of Ukraine and it was recognized by the international community.

Recruitment and sending the citizens of Serbia, along with mercenaries from France to Ukraine done via of the Eurasian organization "Franco-Serbian Contingent" and on the territory of Ukraine, citizens of Serbia are fighting on the side of the pro-Russian detachments "North Wind" and in the group "Jovan Shevich" which consists of Serbian mercenaries Chetniks.

We hope that the Government and the Parliament of Serbia to take the criminal law, allowing to prosecute individuals involved in supporting separatists and participation in armed conflict, the use of firearms in the east of Ukraine and prevent further participation of the citizens of Serbia in the armed conflict in eastern Ukraine on the side of terrorist organizations.

Taking this opportunity, the International Commission on Human Rights reaffirms its profound respect for the Government of Serbia and personally to you and looks forward to further cooperation.
