By decision of the IHRC Board, foreign associates of the IHRC have been granted the right to issue "STAFF" ID cards.
Participation in the formation of the Founding Group and obtaining IHRC EMPLOYEE status enables the creation of an Honorary Office of the IHRC.
General Rules for the Organization and Management of
ICA / IHRC Corporation Honorary Offices

1.   An office may be established by a founding group consisting of at least 10 members, at least at the rank of "STAFF."
2.   IHRC Corporation signs an agreement with the founding group granting the right to establish an ICA / IHRC Corporation Honorary Office, its powers, licenses, and responsibilities.
3.   Members of the founding group establish the structures and personnel functions within the ICA / IHRC Corporation Honorary Office and submit them to the IHRC Corporation authorities for their information.
4.   Members of ICA / IHRC Corporation Honorary Offices may only be individuals with at least the rank of "STAFF."
5.  Individuals with “STAFF” status are expected to receive
-       a starting donation and
-       an annual membership fee in the form of a donation to support the statutory and operational activities of the IHRC Corporation..
6.  Once an ICA / IHRC Corporation Honorary Office is established, its management autonomously regulates all internal rules, including the rules and conditions for the admission of new members, while fully considering the expectations of IHRC Corporation and the terms and conditions set forth in the agreement.
