The Commissioner to the IHRC Dr Momodu Conteh was the 5th of January hosted as Chairman of the Newly launched Comprehensive International College in Freetown .
He had empowered 15 students 10 underpriviledged girls to enter the College for various courses from Business Administrstion, Catering,
Public Health to dressmaking and Fasion Designing ! Each course is about 400 Euros per student on a Free Scholarship basis .
The newly launched College in a Low-income neigbourhood atrracted over 300 students at the Comprehensive International College in Freetown .
We have a long waiting list of potential students awaiting Admission but could not afford the fees said the Proprietor/ Director of the College Dr Emmanuel Stafford a preacher and reknown educationist who also serves as local Director of Cummunications and the IHRC to Sierra Leone .
He appealed to the International Human Right Commision through the Commissioner
Dr Momodu Conteh .
Freetown to support the Schorlatship program so that the College can help more underpriviledge student to succeed in life.
