Supplementary election in Nigeria 
In preparation for the subpplimentary election coming up in River State on the 23 of March, 2019. International Human Right Commission chose Sen. Dino Melaye, representing Kogi West Senatorial District at the National Assembly as chief observer to lead the deligation.the senator was officially presented with observers materials for the exercise. Presenting the materials to senator Dino on behalf of the Secretary General Sir Rafal Marcin Wasik to Head office IHRC of Nigeria central in office and African countries (ambassador Dr Friday Sani) said the secretary general of IHRC said he would appreciate genuine and fair reports from the excercise.
