DIPLOMATIC TALKS BETWEEN THE IHRC and SENIOR OFFICIALS OF THE CAMEROON MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS.
On Tuesday 17th November,a delegation led by the Multinational Volunteers Coordinator/Peace Ambassador, Mr.Bienvenu Hiroua Goare led a diplomatic mission to the Cameroon Foreign Affairs Ministry,based on a proposed Memorandum of Understanding between the International Human Rights Commission and the Government of the Republic of Cameroon.
They were welcome by staff members and were chanced to see the Minister of External Relations,H.E Lejeune Mbella Mbella on an informal talk,explaining him the purpose of the visit.

He welcomed the team and requested that the official documents,signed by the Secretary General of the International Human Rights Commission be deposited at his Legislative cabinet for review on the terms of proposals.
We were welcome by the Senior foreign Affairs Attaché,H.E Wo-Oyu Rene Ngoran,who delivered the MOU documents directly at the office of the Director General for Jurisdictional Affairs.
The office of the Secretary of State,H.E Cecile Eyenga Mballa ushered the team to the Directorate General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,Department of the United Nations and International Decentralized Cooperation.
The team was warmly welcome by the Secretary and later,well received by the Director,H.E Mouandjo Mouandjo Ebenézér.
In an estimated 1hour high profile discussion,the team emphasized on the beautiful vision of the IHRC and outlined several benefits the nation of Cameroon will gain in an MOU with the IHRC.They reiterated that the IHRC is auto financed and looks foward to serve humanity fully,counter terrorism,promote humanitarianism,solicit in the positive interest of the Republic of Cameroon and its citizens,provide classified data on pertinent diplomatic concerns,aswell as promote gender equality,human rights,and work in closest synergy with the Republic of Cameroon in related  article proposals of the MOU.
The team largely brought to light the need for an MOU between the International Human Rights Commission and the Republic of Cameroon.
The Director General of the Department of United Nations and Decentralized Cooperation emphasized, "I am convinced and honored that the IHRC looks foward to support the government positively as you have clearly explained in satisfactory terms"
He added that he will work closely together with the Department of Jurisdictional Affairs in realizing this beautiful MOU,which will be welcome by the Cameroonians and goes in line with the positive visions of the state.3 weeks to a month,he said,will be the estimated time frame for the revision of the MOU between both parties.
The diplomatic mission ended with snapshots with the Director General of the Ministry of External Relations in charge of the United Nations and Decentralized Cooperation and the IHRC delegation,led by her Multinational Volunteers Coordinator and Peace Ambassador,Mr.Bienvenu Goare Hiroua.
