Sir.Rafal Marcin Wasik the Secretary General of the International Human Rights Commission the person with the Vision & Courage to bring Peace & Prosperity in the World especially for those who are currently affected & displaced due to the war or conflicts.
Under the visionary leadership of General Secretary Sir.Rafal Marcin Wasik, International Human Rights Commission (IHRC) & its Team is working to strengthen & support all Nations capacity to engage in sustainable development through educational access, relief programs, ecological & bioethical reflections & actions, while taking in to consideration the traditional, social & cultural values of each Nation. Promoting Human Rights Peace, Gender Equality, Health, Economic development, awareness regarding the rights.
Since 2014, the Intergovernmental International Human Rights Commission, accredited in the European Parliament, registration number 708598532419-59, has had its representatives, ambassadors, and volunteers in 80 countries of the world. It participates in the election of Presidents and Deputies of Ukraine as observers who are permanently formally registered with the Central Election Commission of different countries where the elections are taking place.
IHRC representatives were also registered as observers in 30 countries in the last election, where you were elected President of Ukraine with a result unprecedented for a head of state candidate of women, children & youth in developing nations & where ever needed.
On June 27, 2019 Secretary General Sir Rafa Marcin Wasik wrote a letter to the newly elected President of UKRAINE highlighting the issue the importance of taking first step as President to initiate the adoption of the Law “On the freedom of movement of Ukrainian Citizens in Europe and the World” before the elections of people’s deputies of Ukraine. Many populists say from a rostrum that there is an outflow of
Ukrainian professionals to Germany, Poland, Italy, Israel, and other countries. Specialist relocation takes place in different countries, as all people have the right to choose. Such processes are also taking place in Ukraine at the moment, but it is not families who are leaving for permanent residence but experts from different spheres of activity.
Sir Rafal in his letter further added that, the adoption of the Law will allow our citizens to work for employers abroad on a contractual basis for a year or five years. At present, it is only a 90-day stay in Europe, which is a nuisance as they are constantly losing their jobs and have to find a way to support their families. As for foreigners who come to our country to work in various spheres, the adoption of the Law will make it legal on the basis of European practice.
In response to the letter dated 27th June 2019 by the Secretary General IHRC, the Honorable President of the Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky through its Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine wrote a letter dated July 17, 2019 to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine & directed the Ministry for taking appropriate steps according to the law & thank IHRC for raising the valid issues related directly to the Human Rights.
IHRC & its management wants to Thank Honorable President of the Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky for taking immediate steps as this is a global decision, for which the people of Ukraine will be grateful to you. You will go down in history as the President who gave freedom to millions of people. This has long been the case in the whole civilized world, especially in Europe. This is the protection of human rights.
