KEYS TO SUCCESSFUL LEADERSHIP IN HEALTHCARE SETTINGS
She written this book due to the current disasters faced by healthcare organizations globally. The COVID-19 pandemic revealed that the global healthcare sector was ill-prepared for the devastating effects of the disease. This book aims to provide strategies that a healthcare leader must create to have a capable healthcare team with the improvement of patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and population health as the primary goals.
Healthcare should be innovative as with other sectors while ensuring that patient safety is achieved at all times. For example, patients have diverted to social media to learn about their disease and the outcomes with various interventions. This means that healthcare leaders must ensure that the correct information is circulated. I hope you enjoy reading this book, and Goodluck to becoming a successful healthcare leader.
