She written this book due to the current disasters faced by healthcare organizations globally. This book aims to provide strategies that a healthcare leader must create to have a capable healthcare team with the improvement of patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and population health as the primary goals.
Healthcare should be innovative as with other sectors while ensuring that patient safety is achieved at all times.
