Regional and National Coordination for the Country Program of the International Human Rights Commission ( IHRC) in the Republic of Côte d' Ivoire , jointly binds in the mandate of its mission to the Countries of of the space ( ECOWAS G5-SAHEL CEN-SAD) to ensure the protection and promotion of Human Rights and the protection of the environment, climate warming, good governance, and the holding of the democratic élections with International and Régional instruments and mechanisms
