THE INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION CHAD A DIPLOMATIC DINNER AFTER THE DIPLOMATIC MISSION TO THE REPUBLIC OF CHAD.
During the Diplomatic Dinner the IHRC uses the opportunity to award some prominent personalities in Chad and at the same time the Secretary general of IHRC Prof H.E RAFAL MARCIN WASIK , Ambassador PAWLOWSKA BARBARA for their efforts in Human rights fight as African Heroes of Human Rights.
