„BY-ELECTIONS OF SENATORS AND DEPUTIES TO THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF SEPTEMBER 03, 2022.
In accordance with the provisions of the Additional Protocol of the Transnational Intergovernmental Foundation International Human Rights Commission - IHRC, having its registered office at Uranistrasse 34, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland CHE -388.075.145.  located in the canton of Zurich, on Democracy and good Governance, on the support to be provided to Member States organizing Elections (Presidential, Legislative, Senatorial, Municipal etc..  )

The National Coordination for the Country Program of Côte d'Ivoire operating under the aegis of IHRC

Has initiated in its Country Program for the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, since October 2020, a joint electoral observation mission with National and Continental actors involved in the electoral process, in particular the National Human Rights Council (CNDH)  , the AFRICAN UNION (AU), ECOWAS, CEN-SAD, CEMAC) including experts trained by the International Center "KOFFI ANAN" as peacekeeping training "KAIPTC" in order to carry out  a joint observation mission of the Presidential of October 31, 2020, as well as the Legislative of March 06, 2021, previously held in Côte d'Ivoire, in a spirit of solidarity, and respect for the Protocols for Credible, Peaceful and Transparent Elections, however  with strict respect for human rights.

In addition, always being part of the extension of this context of electoral observation with the Member States organizing Elections, it is preparing possibly to take on an electoral observation mission (EOM) within the framework of the legislative and senatorial by-elections.  from September 3, 2022, from the electoral campaign to the proclamation of the final results,

Therefore she has just received from the headquarters of the Independent Electoral Commission (CEI) her "LETTER OF ACCREDITATION".  N° 006/ CEI/PDT/VP-KS/WMJA, - INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION - IHRC, certifying in good and due form its accreditation as an observer of the legislative and senatorial partial elections of September 03, 2022.
