5.01 ✦ IHRC DIPLOMATIC CORPS STRUCTURE
IHRC Corporation has an extensive diplomatic corps structure, playing a crucial role in executing the organization’s international missions.
Members of the diplomatic corps include:
• Ambassadors at Large
• High Commissioners
• Ambassadors
• Commissioners
• Intergovernmental Advisors
• Heads of Diplomatic Missions
• Office Representatives
• Chaplains
• Peace Ambassadors
• Goodwill Ambassadors

5.02 ✦ APPOINTMENT AND REMOVAL
Appointments are made by decision of the IHRC Corporation Board.
Diplomatic members receive official identification and immunity as defined by international law.
Grounds for removal include:
a) Violation of IHRC ethical standards
b) Actions detrimental to IHRC Corporation
c) Failure to uphold diplomatic norms
d) Decision of the IHRC Board

Appointed to support strategic and operational activities in:
• Legal Affairs
• Humanitarian Action
• International Security
• Economic Development & Diplomacy

Recognized Identity and Protection for Global Humanitarian and Diplomatic Missions

8.02 ✦ TYPES OF DIPLOMATIC DOCUMENTS AND INTERNATIONAL MARKINGS

1. IHRC Laissez-Passer Cards (LPC IHRC):
• International travel identification documents issued to IHRC diplomatic representatives and mission members
• Allow free movement in relation to the performance of intergovernmental duties
• Recognized by member states and intergovernmental partners under bilateral and multilateral agreements
Feature OCR-B font with Machine Readable Zones (MRZ) compliant with ICAO Doc 9303 standards
2. Diplomatic Travel Orders (DTO IHRC):
• Official documents ensuring protection and safe passage in conflict zones and high-risk regions
• Valid only for the duration of a specific diplomatic or humanitarian mission
• Accepted within the framework of international diplomatic and humanitarian operations
3. IHRC Diplomatic Laissez-Passer Cards and Passports (CD – Corps Diplomatique):
• Serve as official IHRC Laissez-Passer documents, confirming the diplomatic status of IHRC representatives and enabling their movement and protection under international law
Laissez-Passer Diplomatic Cards:
• Issued as CD (Corps Diplomatique) identification cards
• Types include:
  • CD IHRC – Corps Diplomatique: for senior diplomatic representatives such as Ambassadors, High Commissioners, and Heads of Missions
  • CD Mission IHRC: for mission members, support staff, and temporary international experts
    • Valid for up to 5 years, renewable
    Equipped with OCR-B font and Machine Readable Zones (MRZ) in compliance with ICAO Doc 9303
    • Recognized under diplomatic and intergovernmental agreements
Laissez-Passer Diplomatic Documents:
• Issued to IHRC diplomatic representatives, international personnel, and members of humanitarian or mediation missions
• Enable international movement, protection, and recognition of status
• Types include:
  • Diplomatic Laissez-Passer: for Ambassadors, High Commissioners, Mission Directors, and members of the IHRC Board
  • Official Laissez-Passer: for international experts, humanitarian and mediation staff
  • Service Laissez-Passer: for logistical and administrative personnel
    All passport types feature MRZ zones printed in OCR-B font and meet ICAO biometric and identification standards
    • Provide diplomatic immunities, legal protection, and personal inviolability during official duties
