The International Human Rights Commission in Cape Verde signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Municipality of Boa Vista on Wednesday 30th June 2021.
This MoU was signed to officially harness the mutual relationship between the commission and Boa Vista government.
The Regional Cordinator of the International Human Rights Commission in Boa Vista Mr. José Francisco Vieira signed the Memorandum with the President of the Municipal.
This MOU would definitely birth a new thing in the island.
