Today, Mr Bohdan Vasiliv, the Ambassador of the International Human Righst Commission (IHRC Umbrella Fund) laid a funeral wreath at Kyiv Boryspil airport in memory of 176 victims of the air cadastre after the departure from Tehran, Iran.
