About IHRC Corporation | INTERPOL Center USA
The International Human Rights Commission (IHRC Corporation), also known as INTERPOL Center USA (ICA), is a Transnational International Organization (TIO) dedicated to global peace, security, human rights protection, and humanitarian assistance worldwide. The origins of the organization date back over a decade, when Prof. h.c. Rafał Marcin Wasik, the current Secretary-General of IHRC Corporation, conceived the idea of creating an intergovernmental mechanism for non-protocol diplomatic and humanitarian operations — aimed at preventing the inevitable global humanitarian catastrophe and initiating a reform of the United Nations system. From this vision emerged a new model of international cooperation — the Transnational Intergovernmental Organization (TIO) — which unites the experience and mechanisms of NGOs, INGOs, IGOs, and GOs into one independent, functional structure capable of operating effectively in crisis and conflict zones. Prof. Wasik is also the co-author of the international scientific publication “New Economy System 3.0 – Sustainable Macroeconomics with Green Rendite” (Platzer – Rothschild), in which he wrote the chapter “United Nations Organization in the Face of New Challenges”. The work presents his proposed framework for reforming the UN system and establishing a new mechanism of global governance, capable of addressing contemporary security and humanitarian challenges. For more than a decade, IHRC Corporation has been developed according to a cascading TIO model, now promoted globally as one of the most innovative mechanisms for humanitarian diplomacy and international cooperation. Today, it unites a growing coalition of states, governmental institutions, international organizations, and thousands of volunteers, who every day, under the banner of IHRC, carry out humanitarian, peacekeeping, and mediatory missions in conflict and disaster zones around the world. A key role in the international expansion and institutional strengthening of IHRC was played by President Romanos  Raad, who, together with Prof. Rafał Marcin Wasik, convinced the first governments to sign intergovernmental agreements between IHRC and Ministries of Foreign Affairs under the TIO framework. This marked the beginning of a new era in the reform of intergovernmental organizations, creating a global mechanism for conflict prevention and effective humanitarian delivery in the world’s most challenging and inaccessible areas.
The success of this model is demonstrated by IHRC’s ongoing missions and peace operations in Gaza, Ukraine, Abkhazia, Chad, Congo, and across the Middle East, where IHRC continues to provide assistance and negotiate humanitarian access where traditional institutions have failed. The organization is financed exclusively through legal and transparent sources, in full compliance with U.S. law.
IHRC Corporation holds an official Certificate of Good Standing.
Additionally, IHRC Corporation is registered with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) – a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury responsible for anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CFT), and financial transparency, operating fully in compliance with the U.S. AML/CFT/USA PATRIOT Act.
As a 501(c)(3) registered organization, IHRC Corporation remains transparent, auditable, and fully compliant with U.S. and international law.
Its mission is to build a new global model of solidarity, security, and humanitarian diplomacy, ensuring that the children of our children will not be a generation of war, but a generation of peace, hope, and unity.
