Diplomatic documents such as IHRC Laissez-Passer, Diplomatic Cards, and Diplomatic Travel Orders are the exclusive property of the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC).

These documents were issued by IHRC in Switzerland, but due to the relocation of the main office to the USA (New Mexico), they are no longer associated with the State of Switzerland.

IHRC assumes full legal responsibility for their issuance in accordance with its statutes and internal regulations.
